A woman astronaut in a scuffed white

A woman astronaut in a scuffed white spacesuit kneels on a black basalt ridge, her helmet visor cracked wide open, and inside the helmet where her face should be swirls a whole pink and crimson nebula, tiny stars spilling out through the fracture lines and drifting upward like glowing sand. Thin threads of magenta light trail from the cracks and catch on the suit's shoulder seams and dented chest plate. She sits low in the lower third of the frame, small against a vast dark teal sky that fills everything above her, where a faint ringed planet hangs near the top edge. Soft brushy gouache painting with fine grain, flat graphic shapes in the rocks, thick painted clouds along the horizon. Deep teal and black field with dusty rose clouds and one hot magenta glow. The nebula inside the helmet is the only light, washing her gloves and the rock in pink.
