A vertical 4:5 portrait

A vertical 4:5 portrait, intimate medium close-up from just below eye level, 50mm lens, dark and psychologically unsettling. A woman in her late twenties with warm olive skin, a soft oval face, full slightly parted lips, and thick wavy dark brown hair with fiery orange rim light along its edges. Her head tilts slightly to the right, facing mostly forward, chin level, with a short natural neck and realistic human proportions, her shoulders close to her jaw. She wears an old, dusty off-white linen dress with a wide frayed neckline showing her shoulders and collarbones. Her right hand rests on the side of her neck, fingertips touching her jaw. She wears a faint, peaceful smile. Directly behind her stands a tall faceless female humanoid with natural human proportions: normal neck length, smooth shoulders, slender arms. Its entire body is made of interlocking geometric mosaic: triangles, concentric semicircles, diamonds, checkerboard fragments, and black-and-white vertical stripes wrapping its shoulders and upper arms, in vermilion red, burnt orange, golden yellow, ivory, deep navy, turquoise, teal and black. Its smooth oval head has no eyes, nose or mouth, only pattern. It leans down over her, one arm curving around her head, its long patterned hand covering her eyes and forehead and leaving her nose, lips and smile visible. Its other arm is visible behind her shoulder. Her skin is turning into the same geometric material. Starting under its fingers, small red, black, ivory, orange and teal triangles grow out of her skin across her temple, cheekbone, ear, the side of her neck, one collarbone and one shoulder. They follow the shape of her face and body like real anatomy, not paint or tattoos. The edges are uneven and incomplete, and untouched skin with pores and freckles sits right beside them. Tiny fragments break off and float around her face like shattered stained glass. The background is a dark, ruined, cathedral-like stone interior with a large pale stone disc glowing softly in the upper right. Low-key lighting: warm orange and crimson rim light from behind and to the left, cool teal reflections on the creature's dark polygons, dust and fragments hanging in the light. The mood is ambiguous: surrender, trust, and revelation.
